Mr. Morse is authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, all trial and appeals courts in California; United States District Court; United States Court of Appeals, Ninth District, Bankruptcy Courts, United States Tax Court, Illinois District Bankruptcy Court, Tennessee Supreme Court and Circuit Courts. He holds memberships in the California Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Section; has or continues to hold memberships in the American Bar Association, Business Law section; Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the California and Association of Trial Lawyers of America (Consumers Attorneys Association), Orange County Bankruptcy Forum; ASCAP, and the Association of California Lawyers for the Arts, the BMI legislative committee, and regularly serves as an arbitrator on Real Estate Association Professional Standards Arbitration panels. The Law Offices of Gregory N. Morse opened in Orange County, California in 1992, and along with its associates have continued successfully representing clients in range from Fortune 500 corporations; real estate and development companies, medical provider groups; media and broadcasting industry companies; publishing, recording and management firms, international corporations, higher education institutions, churches, as well as local business, served as corporate counsel, counsel for foundations, estates and individuals.
